April 1st, 1937 - October 30th, 2009

Vance touched so many lives in a positive way in Boy Scouts,

Venice High School, Gondo Golf and was known to so many

Venice children in his roll as "The Pied Piper of Penmar Jr. Golf"

Memorial Service was held at 11AM,  November 21st, 2009 at

Venice Church 2241 Walgrove Ave Los Angeles CA 90066.

     (Directly across Walgrove Ave from Mark Twain Junior High School)
